The Chef's Table private dining and wine pairing experience features an intimate evening for 6 - 10 people in The Cellar at Sea Salt. The resort's Executive Chef presents a modern, seasonal menu inspired by the fresh seasonal ingredients from Alaia's own hydroponic garden.
Select dishes are paired with unique and vintage international wine from Alaia's world class wine cellar.
Enjoy a 6-course dinner - US$180 per person including all taxes and service charges. All-inclusive guests - $130 per person including all taxes and service charges. Menus change frequently based on seasonal ingredients and chef inspirations.
The Cellar features an extensive collection of wine from New Zealand, Austrailia, France, Italy, Chile, Spain and the United States.
Reservations are on a first come, first served basis with 24 hours notice required.
